Confectionery is the art of making the confections which includes food items that are rich in sugar and carbohydrates. Confectionery is one of the important food items with great popularity. 3- CHOCOLATE CONFECTIONERY
Chocolate confectionery majorly includes chocolate products.
4- BAKERS’ CONFECTIONERY
Also known as Flour confections. It includes sweet baked goods which are usually served as a dessert, such as cakes, pastry, doughnuts, scones, cookies etc.
